Our online pharmacy has been added to increase convenience for prescribed medication refills and purchasing over-the-counter products (such as Advantage, Frontline Plus and other Veterinary approved flea medications) for your pet. You can use this service from your home and have the products sent to your door.
IMMUNIZATION AND WELLNESS CARE
We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm, internal parasite, flea and tick control; vaccination program; spay and neuter package; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.
EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL CARE
Emergency care is offered during normal business hours. In addition, we use the services of a local, fully staffed emergency center. If you feel your pet is having an emergency please notify us that you are on the way. We will be prepared to care for your animal's condition more rapidly.

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.
We offer all areas of general medicine, including: Cardiology; Ophthalmology; Neurology; Dermatology; Gastroenterology; Oncology; Endocrinology; among others. We also offer referral to Northwest Vet Specialists, Oregon Veterinary Referral Center, Mt. Hood Vet Specialists and Veterinary Referral Center of Portland.
IN HOUSE LABORATORY
Our Hospital has a well equipped in-house laboratory. We have capabilities to do Chemistry panels, CBC's, Electrolytes and Blood gasses. We also have access to Idexx Laboratory Services in Portland, OR. If your pets blood is sent to Idexx we usually have result within 12-24 hours.
We now offer state-of-the-art Digital Radiography. The images of your pet can be put on a CD for your convience. The images can also be e-mailed to a specialist for evaluation. Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular (cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems. We send all radiographs to VDIC and board certified radiologist evaluation them. We now send all images digitally so results are back the same day.
We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: board certified surgeon available for consultation; fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; heated surgery tables for greater comfort; advanced sterilization techniques; ECG and oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care and full blood testing.
Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care is available, including root canals, caps and braces.
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. Our staff works with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. We offer sedation at no additional cost to calm your pet and allow you to spend quality time before the end. We also offer choices for care of your pet's remains. You can choose between private cremation, general (non-private) cremation and taking your pets remains home for burial. House calls are also an option. Please call ahead to make arrangements.

RABBITS AND SMALL MAMMALS
Veterinary medicine for exotic pets is growing as the popularity of these animals increase. With better public education in health, nutritional and environmental management, all species have a greater chance for living longer and healthier lives. We employ staff veterinarians who possess experience in the care and treatments of rabbits and small mammals.
Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.
This non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs. Pregnancy exams are also available. We also offer referral to VDIC for ultrasound procedures.
